All Star SwingJam does not offer discounted Student, Senior, Veteran, Masters, or Junior's passes. There are many valid reasons why attendees may need a discount and we're not able to accommodate every single group to the exclusion of others. Instead, we have the following two options available to any attendee who wants or needs financial assistance to attend without any judgement or explanation. 
 
"Help Us Help You" Discounted Weekend Pass:
$85 + 5 hours volunteering

 Volunteer Weekend Pass:
$0 + 10 hours of volunteering
*Set up/tear down volunteers = 8 hours for a volunteer pass

Volunteer form will open Thanksgiving Weekend!



REFUND POLICY

 In the event you have purchased a pass and are unable to attend, we offer the following options:
1. Roll your pass over to the next year at no additional charge. Rollover is good for only ONE year after purchase. 
2. Transfer your pass to another attendee at no additional charge. 
3. If you purchased the Pass Insurance option during checkout, then we're happy to refund your full registration based on the option you selected, less the insurance fee, for any reason. 



EVENT PASS & COMP FEE INSURANCE

Beginning in 2022, each year we will offer the ability to "insure" your pass at All Star SwingJam, similar to travel insurance. What this means is if for any reason you are unable to attend, your pass is fully refundable less the insurance fee paid.  This policy can be utilized if you are unexpectedly ill, have work or life scheduling conflicts, or for any other reason. The insurance can be utilized at any time prior to Friday of the event. Refunds may not be granted if requested after 5pm Friday. Passes rolled over to the next year may NOT be refunded at a later date. 

Any pass purchased without insurance is non-refundable but can be rolled over for use the following year or transferred to another attendee. Passes will only roll over for one year.

COMPETITIONS:
WE ARE A WSDC POINTED EVENT!

WSDC Jack & Jills: $25 
All American J&J: $20 
All Strictlies: $40
Late Registration Fee (after Feb 28th): $5/comp

Leveled J&J's & Strictly comps require Weekend Pass
Spectators & Chaperones may participate in Thursday & Sunday night dances only. 

Participants may enter one WSDC J&J level as a Lead and one WSDC J&J as a Follow, provided they are qualified for two separate levels per WSDC rules. 
Participants may enter one Strictly as a Lead and one Strictly as a Follow, provided they are eligible for different divisions in each 
You must maintain a consistent level across all competitions in each role
(eg: you may not dance as an intermediate follow in J&J and a novice follow in strictly)
